Unfortunately many spas in elite hotels are not up to par or meet your expectations. Sisley blew me away on so many levels. The service, amenities, the employees especially Saul and Ashley!! They both are experts in their craft and the kindest souls. This experience was one of my trips highlights!!!!
Loved the massage, Kathleen was great. The vibes were nice, only thing would be nice would be to have a co-ed sauna space, they only have gender specific amenities, so I couldn’t hang out in the sauna with my friend.
The ONLY reason I gave 4 stars is because the facility needs updates. This spa offers excellent customer service and the massage technique that I experienced from Saul, was top-notch.
