I have had four facials so far with Laila and I am so delighted to have found this spa. Laila is a superb aesthetician with a gentle and informative touch and is a delightful human being as well. I am elderly and have actually had people stop me to compliment my glowing complexion. The place is pricey but worth it. I am looking forward to my next facial.

Travis at the company took my previous review very seriously and contacted me immediately to find out how they could ameliorate the situation. They booked me for a new facial with a aesthetician named Kristen and she did such a wonderful job. I am extremely happy and definitely willing to change my review to a five star one given my new experience. She was informed and kind and gave me great feedback. She also gave me the most gentle extractions I've ever had.

After posting this review I was contacted by the Silver Mirror Operations Manager; he apologized profusely for my experience, refunded the cost of the facial, and offered a complimentary calming facial to address the issues I experienced. I greatly appreciate the level of customer service that Silver Mirror provides and the willingness of this company to ensure that their customers have a positive experience each and every time.
