Hi! I’ve been going to Victoria At the flat iron location for years. She has been amazing and does such a thorough job every single time. She has changed my skin for the better and I highly highly recommend her 10 out of 10!!

I’ve been coming to the Flatiron location for about a year and a half now and I’ve stuck to the SAME aesthetician for that time. HUGE shoutout to Victoria J. I owe her so many thanks for how my skins been looking. With her help I’ve been able to come up with a banging skin routine that she’s tailored to my exact skin type and religiously stick to. She’s to talented, sweet, and truly cares about making me feel confident in my skin.

I’ve been a member for over two years and get hourly facials each month and this place has been life changing for my skin health. Not to mention it’s extremely clean and comfortable.
I typically see different estheticians each time since it’s based around my schedule of when I can schedule and each have done a great job. All the estheticians are educated and ensure you’re comfortable throughout the whole facial.
I am incredibly sensitive to extractions and I’m sure I’m not the only one but one suggestion would be to give stress balls to customers if they are sensitive as it would help counteract the pain during that step.... read full review
