I had severe abdominal pain last Saturday, but I did not want to go to the hospital and sit in a waiting room for hours, so I called Sickday Medical. The representative told me that I should expect the doctor to arrive in about an hour and a half. Dr. Jason Jaramillo arrived 30 minutes after I hung up the phone. He has a fantastic bedside manner! He immediately made me feel at ease and less afraid. He told me that I was having a diverticulitis attack and prescribed an antibiotic. Dr. Jaramillo patiently explained to me what diverticulitis is. He assured me that if I took Tylenol and Advil together, the pain would soon be gone. He also advised me about the medications I have been taking and recommended that I speak with my doctor about decreasing the amount. By the next day, the pain had significantly lessened, and I was feeling better. It was well worth the $430 I spent. If I had gone to the ER, I would have had to pay $750 as per my insurance policy. I highly recommend Sickday Medical House Calls if you ever need a doctor to come to your home quickly.

I booked Dr. Friedman for my client who lives abroad and was in NYC for business when she became very ill with a high fever and was unable to leave her apartment. We used Sick Day, and my client has not stopped praising how amazing Dr. Friedman was. I would recommend her 100% to anyone who needs medical care but is too unwell to go to urgent care.
