Ephraim was able to recover all of the years of files and data on my broken USB, which I thought I had lost forever. He is personable and kind and obviously an expert at recovery work. Would definitely recommend!
Great service and communication, would recommend this data recovery service to anyone. They took the time to explain every step and when the hard drive was too old or too damaged to recover without it costing more than it was worth, they did not charge me for their time. Not many businesses would do that!
