I had an overbrassed color + mismatched roots that I thought I'd have to wait out but Shane took great care of me and fixed my whole look. Overall a great experience at the salon too, very relaxing.
My visit to Shampoo Avenue B was truly a wonderful experience. Joey was incredible and knew exactly what I wanted without me even having to describe it. The blonde highlights are perfect and everyone in the salon was welcoming and professional. I was treated like a queen and can’t wait to go back!! I’ve gotten so many compliments on my cut and color. :)
Lovely experience from start to finish! Customer service was top tier from walking in the door to leaving. Stylist was amazing! Love my hair and can’t wait for my next appointment!
