Coming from a private practice at a major hospital I was hesitant to enroll my children in this neighborhood clinic due to a change in insurance. Thus far, I have been pleasantly surprised and completely satisfied with the level of service and follow up. My children have been seen within 15 mins. of their scheduled appointment.
I was a long-time patient of settlement health and my doctor (Dr.Braza) not anymore!I spoke to the CEO (Ms.Tallis)about medical report my then doctor wrote and even she dropped the ball! Save yourself time and go somewhere else.
Horrible waiting time, my appointment was at 9:15am, I called to let them know that I was 15 minutes late, when I arrived I asked if they would see me or should I schedule, they told me to wait, with 2 children and it's 11 and no answers!
