Negative review for false advertisement of services. I called to confirm a regular pedicure price which the owner told me was $25. I felt that was a deal for the area and surprised - guess I was wrong. The pedicure was $40+.

The manicure was fine...nothing special and nothing terrible. Their problem is attitude. The staff that I encountered was the. MOST unfriendly bunch of women I have ever met in 50 years of getting manicures. Particularly the manager . I'd rather have a mediocre job with a smile and a pleasant friendly encounter than what I experienced. Needless to say, look elsewhere. Maybe another location? Or another company.

My wife has been coming here for 7 years and I now join her. The negative reviews don't match our experience here in the slightest. They are so kind, attentive and friendly here. We always have Jenny and Sue, and they are excellent at what they do. What we see, is how unreasonable and demanding so many of the customers here can be (not all of course). We see the staff here working hard to accommodate their customers. In contrast to many other nail salons that can feel pushy and cold, we always feel welcomed and pampered.
