I’ve tried quite a few massage places around the neighborhood, and by chance I decided to stop by Serein Spa since I hadn’t been there before. They had an opening, so I booked a daytime massage — and I’m so glad I did. This was honestly one of the best massages I’ve had in NYC. My therapist was incredibly attentive and intuitive. It genuinely felt like she was finding muscles and pressure points in my back that no one had ever worked on before — and I get massages regularly. The entire experience was wonderful. The spa itself is beautiful, cozy, and very well kept. Everything feels thoughtful and welcoming, and the staff clearly care about their clients. The service was smooth, responsive, and very professional. I truly cannot recommend this place highly enough. I left feeling amazing and will absolutely be coming back. Thank you so much — I’m already looking forward to my next visit!

I had a wonderful experience with Helen for my lymphatic drainage massage! The atmosphere was very peaceful, clean, and Helen informed me of everything that would occur during the session. I am leaving feeling very refreshed! Would definitely recommend and can’t wait to come back again.

I’m not sure what’s going on with this place but I have been trying for weeks to get an appointment. I have gone online and booked appointments through their portal and have received texts both times from them canceling my appointment without any explanation. Very unfortunate

I wish I knew about Serein Spa a few years ago. I discovered them last year and from my first treatment (lymphatic drainage massage + face), I was hooked. Helen has the techniques of an angel. She knew exactly where the knots were and I managed to have a massage that was both relaxing AND got the knots out. Her magic hands put me to sleep. A monthly massage + lymphatic drainage is so good for your overall wellness. Can't wait for my next treatment.
P.S- ask them about their lymphatic massage package, it's such a good deal vs. buying A la carte.

Had a lymphatic drainage massage. It was painful and nowhere near as effective as a Brazilian Lymphatic drainage massage. The place was old and not very nice. I understood staff don’t get paid except by tips which is not great. The masseuse was nice.

I’ve been doing the cavitation treatment with Lea and Helen and couldn’t be happier with the results! After just a few sessions, my pants fit more loosely, and my abs are noticeably more defined. The spa is clean, relaxing, and easy to get to, which makes the experience even better. Lea and Helen are both so professional and knowledgeable, and I always feel comfortable during my visits. I’ll definitely continue coming back and highly recommend them!

I’ve been coming to Serein Spa since 2023 and always love my experience here!! The atmosphere is excellent and I always feel super relaxed during each session. I’ve been coming back specifically to Helen to do my facials, she always is so thorough with each step and is super nice and accommodating. I always get the Signature Facial, and my skin is always left glowing and I’ve seen great improvements with dark spots and gaining an even tone. I’ve tried various facial spots around the city, but so far Serein has topped all my other places since I’ve been seeing a real improvement in my skin. If you’re looking for your go to place for a facial please come here, they’re the best!

Chic cozy boutique spa in nyc that offers authentic K-beauty care. All staff is very skillful, considerate and friendly, and the place is very clean and well maintained. If you're looking for a state-of-art care combined with relaxing massage, this is definately the place to go.

Absolutely fantastic experience with lymphatic massages! Helen is extremely skilled with the treatment and creates a very calming atmosphere. I always leave feeling extremely rejuvenated and can visibly see my body shed excess stress the day after, with my digestion and skin feeling and looking remarkably better. The Serein team cares deeply about their clients, and you feel it every step of the way. I could not recommend Serein and their spa treatments more - will warn that you will be coming back on the regular after experiencing for the first time :)
