1st technician and company logistics get minus five stars. Took you 2 months to repair dishwasher. I'll be cancelling my account.

Louie D. In absolutly the best! He is so knowledgeable, considerate and friendly. You are truly lucky to have him. Your telephone customer service is another issue - I would not even give it a one star! It is the worst I have ever experienced. You do not have one live person to speak to. Sears you need to step it up and do better. It is shameful.
