I had Alina as my technician and she was lovely! She was warm, friendly and made me very comfortable. She was knowledgeable about the science behind laser hair removal and was able to answer any questions/ concerns I had.

Allison is an incredibly talented aesthetician and an exceptionally friendly person. Her expertise and relatability always leave me feeling confident after every visit to Satori. While I initially went to their 14th street location years ago, the Grand Central branch has become my go-to. It's worth every penny. Allison's gentle approach is worth mentioning, but I must also emphasize that the other aestheticians I've seen there are equally kind and knowledgeable. Today's experience was just as wonderful as all my previous visits.
