As someone who gets monthly massages and finally found Carmen, I have to say this was the best massage of my life. Carmen is extremely intuitive, and a genuine, kind and amazing practitioner. When I first arrived, she took time to explain the tools she would use for the myofascial massage and that she also incorporates the grasson technique and tools. I sit a desk job 8-10 hours a day and she worked magic. The tension in my neck and shoulders evaporated from my body. Carmen’s space is also super relaxing, and an oasis to really sink in your massage from the music, to her customer service - 20/10 I’m coming back and already looking forward to my next massage with her.

Carmen is intuitive and talented, and she has created a lovely environment. I found her on Google Maps and the five star reviews are all true! I had a myofascial massage without really knowing what that meant. I don’t have any injuries or pain, just carry around a lot of stress and have sore muscles from strength training. Carmen’s myofascial massage was just what I needed. It was incredible during the session and I feel amazing, limber, light and happy afterwards.

I had an incredible massage with Carmen. She has an intuitive sense of the body and completely helped work out all my body’s knots and pressure points. She is a gifted masseuse and really listened to what my body needed. Will definitely be back!
