Concierge Manager Janice Rohoman is The Kindest most thoughtful manager I have ever met. I have been a client at this location for 4 years, specifically coming in once a month consistently for 4 years.
I look forward to seeing Janice each visit because she welcomes me as a VIP, I see her treat all the guests with equal graciousness, something that is rare in NYC.
