There's two components to this review- the doctors themselves and the way the office is run. Dr Soza - who has since left this practice for Wexler Dermatology - is an ANGEL. Can't recommend her enough.The office itself is mismanaged and it's staff is astonishingly rude. They insist you prepay $150 for your appointment but then don't refund you the difference after your insurance is processed. I have a complaint processing with the Better Business Bureau that they refuse to acknowledge. Just give me my money back!!

My previous review was removed. Posting again. I was first seen at Sadick Dermatology at the Park Ave location for 2 years by a physician (who no longer works there) who confirmed what I had been told 4 years prior about spots to my scalp - that it was psoriasis. Despite being unresponsive to steroids, she never performed a biopsy or investigated further. In 2021, I switched to the W 15th St. location where the "psoriasis" was diagnosed as basal cell carcinoma under a new MD. They recommended a MOHs surgeon who comes to their office. The incision healed horribly due to stitches opening up; they claimed I was allergic to stitches, though I have never had a problem before....read full review

Dr Ferzli is amazing. She is knowledgeable, kind, honest .. and my skin has never looked better. I've been seeing her for about two years now and highly recommend her and the practice. The girls at the front desk are also very sweet.
