Rosie is knowledgeable, friendly, and supportive, making her the go-to person for kids' first haircuts, especially those with anxiety. She is accommodating and flexible, often adjusting to each child's needs, such as holding a child on a lap or managing kids who refuse to wear a cape. The place is clean and stress-free, with a professional and caring atmosphere. Rosie provides a quick haircut that meets expectations and offers a certificate and hair keepsake as a memento, making the experience memorable and enjoyable for both kids and parents.
Rosie is truly a gem! She was so attentive to our little one and her hair needs. She went above and beyond what we expected and gave us so many amazing tips for future at home. No question we will be returning soon for future needs and I hope other parents go to her too for their kid’s hair needs.
Rosie is amazing!! Located in the back of a toy store, I couldn't imagine a better first haircut experience for our son — plenty of (good) distractions to keep him occupied. Normally he hates when we mess with his hair but Rosie made the process nothing short of a dream. No crying, no tears, no yelling — NOT ONCE !!!
Since Rosie has opened her shop about 2 years ago, she has been the only person I have trusted to touch my hair.
