I spent over $200 on a reflexology package. I paid for 5 sessions to get 1 free. I went in to redeem my free session and they turned me down because it was two weeks expired from the year. Terrible customer service, if they would've accommodated me they probably would've gotten another five session package. But they turned me away, and I will not be going back. There are so many other places in the city you can find a better place for a foot rub. Very disappointed. Will be posting on the Facebook as well.
