I walked in to the small storefront yesterday (04/02/21) and a friendly man by the name of Alex greeted me. I painted him a picture of what problem I needed repairing on my rare Coach tote, which I didn't have handy. Alex was absolutely sure he could help. He was fair in his asking price so that was a nice surprise!! I had time later that day to drop off the tote before he closed. I left it with him around 6:30pm. I got my bag back today (04/02/21) around 3:30pm. Was absolutely what I was looking for in repairs! My bag looks even better now than when I first purchased it 5yrs ago!! Thank you so much, Alex! Alex, the owner is not only extremely nice and cheerful but is super skillful and fast. I had a gaping hole in the back of my favorite boot (1in round hole) and was contemplating just throwing them away. But since I had to repair heels on another pair I brought this one too to see if there is anything that could be done. Within an hour, Alex fixed it so that there is absolutely no way to tell that there was a hole before. His service is fast and inexpensive. I’m so happy I found him.
