Customer service lives on through people like Alex. I blew out my boot zipper on a Sunday and he got me fixed and out the door with new socks and shine for the boots in 15 minutes. Absolute champion!
Alex is the best. We (me and my pup) enjoyed a slice of nyc life as he resoled my favorite boots from Amsterdam. We met the nicest people while waiting and my boots look fantastic. No wonder Alex has been successful in his business for 24 years. Will definitely be back! Thank you Alex.
Alex is the best! Cash-only shop, no nonsense, and quick work. Alex has fixed several watches for me, replaced batteries, added holes to belts, and replaced soles on shoes. He always tells you exactly what he’s doing and why, and will give you options for your fix. Most repairs are minimum $20 so be ready for that. Alex is my go-to guy for these services, and I’m sure I’ll be back soon!
