I brought my favorite bag, the zipper had separated from one side so I couldn’t close the bag anymore and it was made of a thick rubber (from a company called RAINS). It took him 10 minutes to fix it and he also added some extra glue so it wouldn’t happen again. I’m extremely happy with the service and I have my favorite bag Working again.
Alex did excellent work applying protective soles to my new dress shoes. They were very expensive, and he treated them with care every step of the way. They came out looking even sharper, despite having never worn them yet!
