Overall a decent experience. They fixed my shattered watch. The employee wouldn’t listen when I asked him to fix the watch face and went ahead and replaced a brand new battery and tried to charge me even though the battery was perfectly fine. But besides that I cleared things up, he apologized and zeroed out the balance and continued to order the parts for the repair. The total became 35$… not cheap but not awful considering it was a decent watch and it was a whole face replacement. I would recommend for watches, not for shoes, they usually do fine with clothing. They are better when your a consistent customer. They tend to take better care since your a loyal customer....read full review

Very reliable laundromat. I'm happy about their service, especially the fact that I left my headphone+charger case inside my laundry, and had it returned carefully sealed with my clean laundry. They do pick up and drop off services, that help take a few things off your plate on busy weeks.

Did a great job cleaning a fairly expensive suit. Only complaint was that they closed early the day I was scheduled for pickup, but not a big deal since the owner answered my phone call and was able to accommodate pickup the next day.
