I ordered two Maxwell chairs back in January. Yes you have to be very patient with delivery. I think the original delivery estimate I was given was 8-14 weeks and they arrived in 19 weeks but I did read all the reviews before I ordered so I was prepared for delays. Now that they are here I am so happy with them as they are absolutely gorgeous in my room. One of the chairs had a small defect and customer service has been excellent resolving for me. I highly recommend ordering swatches first and I did also visit the Interior Define store in NYC which made me realize I wanted the chairs 18 inches high (and not the default 16 inches). Excellent furniture shop with high-quality, modern designs and a wide variety of options. The staff were courteous and very helpful in finding exactly what I needed. Delivery was on time and everything arrived in perfect condition. Highly recommended.
