The funeral proceeded with peace and dignity. It was very orgsnized. Charles Solomon, the director attended the graveside which was so meaningful. It made the biggest fifference. Thank you.
Both my parents have now been taken care of by them. Even though it was 12 years apart, they made the process itself painless both times and immediately provided us with the ability to just focus on the passing and the grieving. The people we dealt with were all sympathetic, respectful and caring. They were also efficient and competent.
In an extremely difficult time, there is no other place to use. Jeffrey at Riverside is amazing. The process was completely handled by him without being difficult on any level. No one who is dealing with a loss wants to worry about the details, and we didn’t.
I don’t know if I’ve ever dealt with better customer service.
Jeffrey also called my daughter and myself after the funeral to check in. He was genuine and perfect for the situation.
I’ve dealt with other nyc funeral businesses, and would never use any other business.
