It breaks my heart, I used to be a longtime client however yesterday I was given a massage by a different therapist who was sick, claiming it was perfume related, however I got texted by the company that she tested positive for covid. So basically this massage therapist lied to me before the session saying she wasn't sick, exposing me and probably many others. I work pretty much everyday and how have to take off because of this careless mistake. If I can't trust a place I will not go .

I booked a lymphatic drainage massage with the owner prior to my recent wedding. I received a few messages at the time of booking to make sure I knew there was an extra charge to book with the founder, almost as if it was a nuisance to book with her instead of another specialist. I have had lymphatic drainage massages at other salons, and I wouldn’t say this was a true lymphatic drainage massage - it’s Maderotherapy. I didn’t see any results from the massage, albeit it felt nice. My main issue is that I listed I had an allergy to dogs and cats on my intake form, and the founder didn’t care and brought her dog into the massage room with us! The dog was quiet, but I did have an allergic reaction the next day from being so close to the animal. The owner needs to make sure she reads the intake form in advance. Overall, Rhemedy is fine for a massage, but I won’t be returning.

🤮🤮🤮Very bad experience. I called to make some changes to my appointment, and they were extremely rude and hung up on me. The receptionist was clearly in a bad mood and had no intention of helping. After booking, I was bombarded with emails and texts asking me to fill out tons of forms, and they even tried to charge me an extra $35. I honestly don’t understand how this place has good reviews—feels like they paid people to leave them, because this was a terrible and unprofessional experience from start to finish.

I've seen Jasmin a few times now for both Lympathic Massage and the Mommy & Me Massage and every time has been an absolute treat. I feel completely relaxed in her care and would recommend booking with her for your next visit. Overall, the Rhemedy by Rhed space is very zen, warm, and welcoming. I can't wait to return!

I previously enjoyed service here. I dislike the way the alleged manager spoke to me( Lauren). I made a same day appointment but called to cancel when I got a message saying there was a mandatory 18% gratuity charge being added to my bill prior to arrival. Now, I know appointments are to be kept. However, the fact that I made the appointment on the same day is imperative here. She was condescending in stating they would charge 50% if I wanted to cancel. She probably doesn't care. But, I will not return for services now or ever. I am not going now as the way she spoke. I will just call my bank. Then I get a message saying the issue will be escalated to a manager when she states she was a manager??? Update. The issue is charging a 18% gratuity before arrival and advising after payment. Then being condescending. Did you think you were being professional??? Hmm.
Small business or NOT you can't force ppl to tip in advance then also charge for same day appointment cancelation. I am respectful until I'm disrespected period. Passive aggressive behavior is NOT professional Lauren.
