Remedy Massage Therapy/ Remedy Wellness NYC

I had been gifted with a massage at Remedy months ago and have been suffering with chronic neck pain for over a year. Today I was in bad pain and suddenly remembered that I had this voucher and luckily they had room for me. I had the most unbelievable medical massage with Serafina, and it was literally transformative! I am honestly blown away by what a gifted and knowledgeable massage therapist Serafina is- just wow! I can’t believe I have neglected my body for so long, and I will definitely be back to continue to work on this chronic neck pain with Serafina. She has totally given me hope that I can get past this, and I am beyond grateful to have found such a fantastic place, and specifically, Serafina! 🙏

Susan was unreal!!! She listened to all my ailments and really focused on the areas we spoke about. I legit had goosebumps from how deep she would push into the muscle. I feel so relaxed and can’t wait to come back!

Great experience with Julia. First time coming and will return for sure. The body needs TLC and today I was reminded of that and not neglect what it needs. Thank you Julia and Remedy!

Was a little annoyed bc they had to reschedule my lymphatic drainage massage with Marcie who had called out. Joe had availability however, and he was amazing. He was so considerate and thoughtful while explaining his process and was very thorough with the hour that we had. I left feeling great and will definitely return for Joe.

I had a sports massage at Remedy and the experience was excellent. My massage therapist, Natasha, was expert, caring and very healing. I had aches and pains that disappeared after the one hour session, and I felt so relaxed and understood that I fell asleep during the massage. That had never happened to me, but I felt it was just the next best thing to bliss.

I booked a massage for my partner and she had a wonderful time! Serafina took care of her every need and felt completely relaxed and rejuvenated.

Update: Wanted to add that Marcie has seen me through two surgeries and lots of struggles with EDS, fibromyalgia and arthritis. So many great therapists at Remedy!

I’m writing this review while leaving Remedy because my massage with Julia was that incredible. I’ve been so impressed with everyone I’ve seen at Remedy. What an absolute gift to have a spot with top notch massage therapists in my very own neighborhood.

Gisela brought life back to my soul! I had back and neck pain for two weeks and after a deep tissue massage with Gisela I felt like a new person. Her technique and pressure level was perfect. I immediately booked another appointment with her because it was the best massage I’ve ever had in my entire life.

Feel robbed by the terrible massage I received from Natasha. She was basically rubbing product onto my skin. Didn't seem to have much in the way of technique. Sometimes using only one hand and not doing a great job of listening to my needs. Not okay, especially at these prices.

Hidden UWS gem. I’ve seen majority of therapists. They’re all hard working and talented. My personal favorites and go to’s are Doreen, Fiona, Marta, and Serafina. Ajah is an excellent acupuncturist. Leigh is the owner and she also gives a great massage when she works.
