I attended a Yin class online with Reflections but it didn't feel like a Yin class. The sequencing was not made of traditional Yin poses, but rather, dozens of somatic movements that didn't seem weaved together. When I attend a Yin class, I do hope for more traditional Yin poses I recognize and even crave. Perhaps the class should be renamed to modify expectations for the student.
