Rating based on the amazing customer service we received. I totally messed up our appt time but the owner (forget his name sorry) was so accommodating and forgiving. We weren’t able to reschedule but will def come back here next time I’m in town. Prices are reasonable as well!

Fantastic place and people! I had the best piercing experience with Ivi! To put this review into perspective, I have had multiple facial piercings in the past including eyebrow, tongue, nostrils, septum, snakebites, and a vertical labret all done by either myself or another piercer. Ivi was by far the most talented and meticulous with piercing placement and technique. It is a very clean shop but they also have an autoclave on site and they know how to operate it!! Very much green flags in a piercer. On top of all this, they were very kind and walked me through the process! If anyone asked me where to go for a piercing this is now my #1 suggestion. Thank you so much I love my labret!!!!!

Happened to be walking by and noticed their flash books on a table outside. I was tattooed by Roger and my boyfriend had Susie. Roger was super friendly and his line work is perfection. Susie also did beautiful work and was very creative with her quirky flash’s hearts. They’re all also super friendly here Best impromptu tattoo experience I’ve ever had.

I should’ve written this review when I went there. They were very friendly and helpful when the tattoo and piercing place in the Bronx were terrible. Red Baron is a great place to go to, the female staff, I believe her name is Lauren took care of me when my navel piercing was hanging down. She explained everything to me, she was very helpful. When I told her my situation with the other place when they told me to let the piercing fall out, even she explained that’s not what they were supposed to say. She was able to take out the piercing and waited a few months to get repierced by her, she did a great job. I would definitely recommend this place.

I want to say I'm a pretty anxious person but after getting my first tattoo done, it was such a memorable experience because it felt like I was in good hands. Dave was incredible at working on the design with me and putting that vision into the tattoo. Would definitely come back!!

Red Baron Ink is the absolute best tattoo and piercing shop in NYC. They are friendly, knowledgable, the space is incredibly clean and they do a fantastic job. Xaviar is amazing and made me, my friends and family feel totally comfortable. We've seen him many times for piercings over the years and we have never had any issues.--he does a terrific, thorough job. Cannot rec'd Red Baron Ink enough.
