Can't recommend Annette highly enough! She and her team were extremely competent and efficient, as well as kind and lovely to be around. They were flexible and responsive to my individual needs, such as by repeatedly putting up dust barriers due to my allergies! I've had horrible NYC contractors in the past, but Annette was the opposite - she was reliable and gave lots of individual attention and help; she even came and did a couple last adjustments herself to ensure they got quickly, despite that being way below her pay grade! Have recommended Real Reno to friends and am thinking of doing my bathroom with them soon! Thanks, Annette!

Best experience ever. Annette and her team managed everything from start to finish and I could not be happier. Due to covid I couldn't physically be at my condo, let alone in NYC. Annette went to see the condo for the initial assessment, wrote me a detailed list of what work should be done and what could wait. I really appreciated that she understood that this was going to be a rental unit so some upgrades were not necessary and clearly understood y budget. I wish I had found Real Reno earlier, then I wouldn't have been so intimidated by the renovation process.
