Service5/5 Quality 5/5 Vibe 2/5 I can't beat this price point for this service. The woman was kind and quick. Whenever I'm in Harlem this will be my go to spot for threading. No frills and there's a small salon inside as well, but it's okay because you're in and out.

What a great experience. My friend and I tried eyelashe extensions for the first time. Trupti was very friendly and explained the whole process and helped us decide on the best length eyelashes to try. She was very helpful and kind. I would definitely recommend this great local spot for beauty services and at a very fair price.

Unfortunately, this place seems to have little to no understanding of true beauty or how to run a customer service business effectively. When I recently moved to the neighborhood, I was excited to discover a salon where I could continue my monthly Brazilian waxing routine, which I've faithfully maintained for over a decade. However, during my first visit, I encountered the owner, who happened to be the only person attending to customers for waxing services. While their lack of friendliness didn't initially bother me, I soon realized that the waxing procedure itself was carried out hastily, with little attention to detail. It wasn't until I left the premises that I fully grasped the poor quality of the job. Disappointed, I made up my mind not to return and began the search for another waxing salon in Harlem that would accommodate my busy schedule, which proved to be quite a challenge due to being new in the area. After several months, I decided to give the owner another chance, albeit with reservations. I politely requested her to be more attentive this time, explaining my previous unsatisfactory experience and expressing my sincere desire for the salon to work out for me, given its convenient location. She casually assured me that if I wasn't satisfied, I could simply return, and she would rectify the situation. Despite my reservations, the subsequent waxing session turned out somewhat satisfactory, although I still voiced my concerns. Unfortunately, my travel plans the following day prevented me from immediately returning to address any remaining issues. Upon my return, I visited the salon once more, only to be faced with yet another poorly executed job. As someone of Brazilian descent who has undergone countless Brazilian waxes over the years, I firmly believe that a smooth, hairless result is the standard expectation, rather than leaving patches of hair scattered about. Remembering the owner's earlier suggestion, I went back to her after three days to convey my disappointment with the poor quality of her work. However, to my dismay, she seemed reluctant to acknowledge the issue, doubting my concerns and displaying an unfriendly demeanor. Furthermore, she failed to offer any form of compensation or gesture to demonstrate that she valued my patronage, such as a discount for a future visit or a complimentary wax. It was at that moment I realized that I should seek an alternative establishment, even if it meant inconveniencing myself.

Great place, they accommodate walk-in appointments. I go for waxing/threading and I am happy with the results!

I made an appointment through ClassPass for a facial, I made the appointment at 4pm for 5pm. When I get to the business a lady tells me that she sent me an email stating that she cannot see me, and that I needed to cancel. I tried to explained to her the business was canceling so they should cancel the appointment in ClassPass, if I cancel the appointment within the same day I will be charged for it. She tells me that she always does this and customers are able to cancel and that maybe I should make my appointment more ahead of time. All I did was make an appointment where it showed availability… and I was being treated like I did something wrong. I had to contact customer support at ClassPass (because she wasn’t able to do that) and they were able to cancel for me (since no one at this business has access to their business ClassPass). All in all a horrible experience and lack of professionalism.
