A few weeks ago, my Elmhurst home had a pretty bad water leak that came from the upstairs’ bathroom and got all the way to the kitchen and one of the bedrooms. I'm not a review writer kinda guy but need to give a big shoutout to rainbow maspeth for their incredible work rebuilding my basement. after a steam valve on my radiator burst, my entire house got flooded. they went over each section of the house with me, meticulously taking notes on how things were before and how best to restore it. the end result ended up even better than i imagined.

Speedy and responsive, after heavy rains caused 2 feet of water to rush into my basement, rainbow maspeth arrived in less than 90 minutes and started pumping water out. within 4 hours of me calling, my basement was fully pumped with dehumidifiers and fans set up.

During a home renovation job, i had to put a few holes in the walls to reinforce the studs when i noticed old plaster board behind some sections of the drywall. i immediately had suspicions abt asbestos so i called rainbow to help me test. not only was it asbestos, but it was far more than i had originally anticipated. they helped me remove the sections of the asbestos drywall and brought in air scrubbers to make sure we wouldnt breathe in any carcinogens.
