The secretaries and staff could not be nicer or more helpful . The CT tech Marcella was amazing, she took her time answered any questions I had, and made me feel very comfortable. The process from check in to getting a CatScan was seamless.
I've had a number of post surgery MRI's,CT Scans and Xrays this past year and always return to Union Square for these procedures. All of the Staff in Radiology is helpful,compassionate and professional. I highly recommend getting procedures done there. I couldn't thank them enough.
I'm very disappointed with today's experience. I only go to Mount Sinai for all my radiology needs, but today I had a routine mammo test and the technician is a person lack of empathy and rude. Unfortunately English is not my thing and I can't remember her name but I hope this review will help the department in charge of the service standards to find it out for future reference.
