This has been the most difficult time in my life. My beautiful mother passed away May 14, 2024. There is not enough words to describe the outstanding service that R.G Ortiz Funeral Home, 235 West 72nd. Street in Manhattan provided me during this very sad time. I will always be grateful!

My wife’s Father passed on March 19, 2021. Arrangements were made for viewing services on March 22, 2021 at Ortiz Funeral Home at 72nd Street location in Manhattan. She and her brother worked closely with Pilar who was Professional and very experienced. The Service was beautiful while practicing CDC Guidelines. The only one thing that went wrong was that the “Priest” was a no show. Luckily, we had a Family friend that led the prayers. On the day of the burial, March 23, 2021, the Funeral Director and the Limo Driver were Professional, Excellent and Compassionate, and led the Proceedings every step of the way! To lose a friend or family member this Ortiz funeral home has always been so very caring and generous with there love especially the Lady Ms. Pillar who will make you feel your lose will be in route to Gods highway to Heaven God Bless you Ms. Pillar
