I’ve been going to QQ on 85th/2nd avenue for years. I love getting my nails done with Jacky, but their other artists are also great. From regular, to gel and powder, Jacky does a great job and people always compliment my nails!
After going to many other nail salons that have been way more consistent, I changed my review to an 3 star. I used to come here all the time when I lived in the city but they were extremely inconsistent, never had issues with pedicures but I would get some fantastic gel/dip manicures here and then sometimes would have a terrible outcome and my nails looked awful depending on who did them. I understand everyone has to learn, but if a tech isn't proficient at a service, they shouldn't be performing that service independently.
