I recommend this salon at three stars because the nail technicians do a good job but there is NO point in making an appointment. Without one I waited; with one, I waited. There are 6 women working on manicures and pedicures and 1 man runs the shop. Good music and attentive service. Come here for a good manicure and be prepared to wait.

**MUST READ!!** I don't write yelp reviews, but I felt compelled to after my traumatic experience today at QQ nail. I came in for a regular pedicure and gel manicure. The manager Brian said that I can soak the gel off of my nails as I get my pedicure. After soaking for about 40 minutes I started to feel a constricting and tightening pain on my nails. The pain was unbearable. I tore off the aluminum foil only to find that my nails essentially had fully constricted and curled invertedly. Getting your nails done should be relaxing and you should get what you want when your a paying customer Nail clerk argued because I ask to cut nails shorter wanted a 10 min massage which they couldn't provide because they were hosting a kids party which could've been handled differently no one seemed to care!! Never go back was looking for a spot for my go to I'd rather travel
