I walked in for a manicure and was taken right away—service was perfect. About an hour after leaving, I realized I had left my wedding ring and band behind. I rushed back, and the staff had carefully set them aside and returned them to me with such kindness and professionalism. Truly grateful for their honesty and care.

I went in today for a GelX manicure. I didn't catch my nail tech's name but she did a great job and was gentle and thorough. However this location (and other QQs I've been to) was out of literally the first TEN colors I chose. I don't know how that's possible but it seems like they're not replenishing whatever colors are selling out. I was trying to get a dark red and/or light pink and for whatever reason it was impossible to find a color and we spent 10+ minutes doing swatches because they were out of everything. I left not thrilled with the color that I ended up having to choose.

I took my boyfriend there for his birthday and I would recommend it to anyone trying to get there nails done very professional and respectful I recommend if you go to see the manger gabby she was super nice and caring to his needs 10/10 would come back
