About QC NY SPA
QC NY SPA is a luxurious oasis, offering a serene escape in the heart of the city. The spa features perfectly heated outdoor pools with breathtaking city views, as well as a range of facilities including saunas, relax rooms, and steam rooms. Guests can enjoy a complimentary bathrobe, towels, and amenities, and relax with a drink or snack in the lounge chairs overlooking Battery Park and the Financial District. The manager Wilson is exceptional. The pool area is nice, and the views are spectacular. However, the pools have been noted to be lukewarm, and many of the relaxation rooms are less than ideal, featuring simple setups like a rocking chair or a mattress on the ground. All the staff are super friendly and helpful. The food options are limited to light spa snacks, which some find to be overpriced and not very good, consisting mostly of pre-made salads and small sandwiches. Despite some criticisms about the food and the atmosphere being confusing, many guests appreciate the peaceful and spacious environment, especially during quieter times. This remains a cool escape from the city, though guests are encouraged to consider their options.
Run, run, run don’t walk to QC spa! It is absolutely phenomenal! From the moment our girl group arrived we were blown away! The service from each and every person we encountered was amazing! From the fro t desk check in, the restaurant waitstaff to the ladies keeping the floor water free and informing me where everything was located it was perfect!
Now to the actual spa itself, it is clean, welcoming and has so many wonderful amenities! My girls and I started in the pool which was so nice but the highlight was these hydrogens that were individual, it felt incredible! Moving on to the amazing saunas and steam rooms. The facilities were great- very clean, well-managed, not too busy, and a fun variety. The pool outside was gorgeous- I wish there was a slightly hotter pool outside than there was. Also, the pool deck needs to have better “squatter” management. There were a few chairs that sat empty but were “taken” by robes or towels for over 2 hours while we sat by the pool.
The 50 minute full body couples massage my husband and I got were also great. Well priced, too, considering the overall price of the whole experience.
The one negative is the dining situation. They have no clue how to manage people wanting to take drinks outside, and had a whole staff person just waiting...read full review
I called to no avail for over three weeks and emailed as we were visiting on my wife's actual birthday which was also our 13th. Wedding anniversary. I never received a call back nor reply to my email and upon arrival on June 13th when I expressed my disappointment of the customer service, I only received a shoulder shrug. I only wanted a happy birthday sign, something but nothing. Then at 10:15 there was basically no chairs, about 95% were occupied and I'm being lenient. It was too overcrowded to be considered luxury.
