Golden Spa offers an excellent and therapeutic massage experience in a convenient FiDi location. The facilities are clean and inviting with nice relaxing music. The staff are very friendly, professional, service-oriented, and energetic, providing care and patience. They focus on areas of tension and deliver a thorough full-hour session. The business is noted for its kindness, gentle treatment, and attentiveness to the customer. While a rare negative experience has occurred, management is quick to address any issues to the customer's satisfaction. Visitors consistently leave feeling refreshed and highly recommend Golden Spa for a great massage.
I had such a wonderful and refreshing time at this spa! From the second I stepped in, the vibe was so calm, clean, and inviting. The wooden floors and private rooms really added to the experience. The staff were all super friendly and professional, and my therapist, Lucy, did an amazing job working out all my tight spots with just the right amount of pressure.
The massage was so relaxing, leaving me feeling lighter, recharged, and truly refreshed. I really appreciated all the little touches, like the warm towels and the overall care. If you're looking for a great massage, I can’t recommend this place enough!
