I've been taking my little Walnut here since we moved to the city around 6 months ago (started around when he was a little over 1yo) and could not be happier with how the daycare, pickup/dropoff, and walking services have been. My work schedule is variable and PupCulture has been a lifesaver to take care of Walnut when I'm not at home.
We have been doing daycare with occasional pickup (which has been seamless as I live right above the Pupculture) and walks since the summer and the whole team is always great to interact with and so caring to him. This place is amazing!! Wonderful friendly staff who our dog Jack absolutely adores. They do such a good job taking care of him. It makes us feel comfortable knowing he’s happy when we are at work. And their grooming services are great too! Highly recommend.
Since moving to NYC in March, pupculture has become my dog Thor’s home away from home when I am away for the weekend! I appreciated how they had separate sleeping areas for the dogs that are basically rooms for the dogs, and not to mention the amazing photo updates I get. They’re very reasonably priced for the city and I absolutely recommend them. Thor also gets his grooms done after his boarding stays and always comes home properly deshedded and smelling great. He even came home with a bow tie today! Very happy to have found this gem on the west side.
