Great and very prompt service and price was reasonable too. A friend of mine used to work here and I always went to her whenever I needed dry cleaning or clothing repairs and I was always pleased. Even though my friend no longer works here, I always still receive great service. Thanks so much!

I use Prestige for dry cleaning as it's nearby and convenient. Stuff always comes back in good condition, no issues. Staff are friendly and helpful. Prices are reasonable and service is comprehensive.

I go there because of convenience. It's the only option on Roosevelt Island. Service was OK, but recently I sent them a brand new shirt that I made to measure, and it came back with scorch marks that made the shirt unusable.

It's a big loss for me, and they could at least had apologized.

Instead, they tried to blame me for leaving the shirt for wash and not dry cleaning. However the problem was the pressing, not the washing. And as if I had to tell professionals how hot must be the press, how much soap to use or to separate by color.
