It doesn't make sense at all for them to be always double booking patients that needs to be seen. After they double book you , you are only seen for 30 mins. Because you are expresing that to them they dont want to see you as a patient. On top of it. They don't even know what you had to do to go to your appointments. They only care about certain type of people. Forget about others that try to get help. They waste my money taking the train to come to my appointment. This society in america only cares about money and forget about the wellbeing of their citizens. Waste of time seeing a psychiatrist. Than putting you in medicine that don't even help. Istead of finding out the underlying cause.

I've been going to this clinic for over 4 years. The female security guard was always kind and respectful when I get in and out the building. The receptionist staff always greeted me when I came up to the 8th floor and checked me in for my psychiatry and psycho therapy appointments. I even had group therapy for a short time and it helped me with my social skills.
The clinic is in a very accessible location in terms of public transportation. Coming from the East Bronx, take the 4 or 5 express trains to Grand Central 42nd. If coming from Queens, take the 7 train to Grand Central. No more then a few blocks of walking. Also the M15, M101, 102, 103, M42 buses stop close by the clinic even though I don't use the buses that much.

I just want to say how blessed I am to have found this place. Dr. Viron her team which consist of Sarah and Violeta have been absolutely amazing. They handle me and my children with care and attentiveness every single time we are in the office. I cannot ask for anything better. To find this hidden gem who actually accept my insurance was a Godsend. They explain things to us and make sure we understand. They also have top of the line equipment as well. The reception representatives when you walk in are also on point and kind. This place definitely hits all checks and deserves 10 stars from me. Keep up the AMAZING work YAI!!!! ๐Ÿ‘

Arrived , on 6/24, after 4 hours of driving in a heat wave, to find clinician on vacation. Claimed they called and mailed letter on 5/17. No phone call from them on log. No letter received.
