Lauren is the best Pilates teacher I have ever had. She makes the classes challenging and effective. She gives clear instructions and helps with adjustments. She is great for beginners or those looking to challenge themselves.

This was my first time taking Mat Pilates, and I found it challenging, but Amina’s support made a significant difference. She provided helpful modifications, assisted me with my form, and encouraged me to push through. I am definitely returning for more sessions!

This studio is so clean and has great lighting which makes it easier to relax. Lauren was amazing! Her instructions were so clear and she was extremely supportive. I have already been back since my first class and I love it here :)
