Didn't have very many unique items and was packed. It would be great if this store was about twice the size with twice the items. They could probably even just increase their vertical space. It's criminal that they don't offer bags for all the items folks purchase. We purchased about eight boxes, paid a few hundred dollars, but had to run to a nearby store to get a bag from them to put all the items in as we exited the store because the bags they gave us were for in-store use only (basically their shopping carts.) Service was about what you'd expect for the amount retail workers are compensated: adequate, no complaints there.

Whoever is the store planner / allocator needs to be fired because the way this location never has stock…. Being that this is the only Popmart in the city you’d think they’d be more on top of restocking inventory but it’s clear they’re not. Store staff is always nice and helpful though!!

Easy peasy pick up order from the app. The tourists clog up the store (just like they do everywhere else in the Oculus/entire city) so it's very difficult to look around at anything else they have. One thing that I didn't catch while I was in the store was that the woman asked me if I needed a bag, I didn't because I always have a reusable on me. However, on my receipt from the app it automatically charged me for a bag due to the laws of the city. Its only 50 cents but that's still wack, make sure u get the bag.
As a side note though ... my Labubu looks ugly ? I actually think my Lafufus look way cuter. This one has a slightly off... read full review
