For a $47 gel manicure I think you should be able to expect a detail oriented and clean product and that is simply not what was delivered. Nothing terrible but far better manicures out there and honestly probably just blocks away. Wouldn’t return.

While I had a great first visit to this salon, my second visit was far from perfect. I received a gel manicure and regular pedicure on a Tuesday and by Friday (less than 1 week) the gel manicure chipped. The gel was also extremely bumpy and uneven, it looks very unprofessional up close. The manicurist removed so many layers of my nails that they’re are now extremely flimsy, I did not want to go back to have it removed and redone as there is nothing left to drill off. I’ve always had strong nail beds and they are now extremely fragile and thin. I’m so disappointed! Perhaps it was a one off, but I will be trying a different salon for my next manicure.

I would not recommend this place. I booked an appointment today and received multiple text confirmations today, but when I arrived, they had no record of it. To make matters worse, I had to wait 10 minutes before anyone even acknowledged me. Save yourself the frustration and take your business elsewhere. I walked around the corner to Nirvana spa and got right in.

I come here exclusively for spa pedicures and I am never disappointed. Staff is welcoming and thorough. Polish can last over a month. If you’d like a name to make an appointment, Jessica is great.
