I have been coming here off and on for a year for gel manicures. No matter who does them it's always absolutely meticulous. The salon is immaculately clean and inviting and the receptionists are polite and competent. I have had a difficult time getting any type of manicure to last (gel, gel x, builder gel - I’ve done it all), but due likely to my own nails, nothing ever lasts for me. I recently went to a different salon for a gel mani and it chipped within 2 days. I am currently on week 3 with a gel mani from Plaza M and it never chipped, flaked, or fell off. I walked in for a mani/pedi and was immediately accommodated. I found the salon to be very clean and relaxing, and appreciated the technician's meticulous work without feeling rushed at all. Nail prices are typical for a downtown salon. Overall, I'm very happy with how my nails turned out and will be back.
