Russell was so incredibly helpful in our hunt for a new apt to rent in NYC! He was so responsive, thoughtful, and encouraging. He was really proactive in sharing properties that weren't on the market yet and in keeping an eye out for things that would be a fit for my partner and me. I wouldn't be surprised if these were fake good reviews. Not sure if they dont respond to people who don't have over $100k salary but I've inquired twice about the apartments listed on the website and they stop responding once i mention my income (well over $60k). I have an excellent credit score so its disappointing that they ignore you once they see you're not interested in the $3k and above apartments. There's a scammer on Instagram claiming to work for them which they confirmed was fake but didnt have the acc taken down. I reached out in September and again this month, no response from any of the 10 people CC'd on the thread. Ridiculous.
