Yaya and the team at platinum Petz are phenomenal! Been taking care of my baby since he was a puppy and I would never go anywhere else. I’ve long since moved from the area but will forever come to back bc no one is as kind or professional and they always have the CUTEST pet accessories!! 10/10 would recommend

Would give 0 stars if I could. Used to be my go-to place until they gave my boy an eye hemorrhage, which is caused by physical trauma to the affected area. The employee tried saying it was “allergies”. I had sent my sister to pick up my dog but she hadn’t noticed in the moment. Owner was horrific, she was not understanding of the scenario at all. They ran me an extra $300 visit to the emergency room. She refused to let me see the video footage of the place, claimed she saw the videos and that her employee didn’t do anything wrong. But she knew she was in the wrong, because she agreed to send me my full refund, but wouldn’t compensate me for the expensive vet visit. My sister had even tipped them because we used to love them. Have a screenshot of $144 refund. Please never consider going to them, save yourself the unprofessionalism.
