Have been going to this salon a while for haircuts. Recently, the person who did my cut left a bare spot on the back of my head, and let me walk out of there just like that. I went back to resolve it and/or get a refund, but they refused to help or admit responsibility. I have very thick hair, all over my head, especially towards the center. It was short already, I would have noticed if I had a (trimmer shaped!) bald spot before getting my hair cut. I now need to shave my entire head to even it out and I'm out the money I paid for the bad cut.

I recently visited this salon and had a very disappointing experience. I went in for a simple trim and made it clear I didn't need my hair washed as it was already clean. However, after the trim, the stylist unnecessarily blow-dried my hair--which was already dry--and then charged me extra for it. I never requested this additional service, and to make matters worse, my scalp felt burned, and my hair smelled like it had been overheated. I expected clear communication and respect for my requests, but unfortunately, that wasn't the case. I wouldn't recommend this salon to anyone looking for transparency or professionalism. Spoke with a guy over the phone asked him if I can remove extensions then do a wash a blow dry he said yes then called to make sure they can take a specific type of extension off before I go, and he was extremely rude and unprofessional telling me “am I still asking questions?” as if he didn’t want to hear it and told me this is not the place for me then hung up.
