amazing experience! pricing is great, plus they did some small repairs on my sweater at no extra cost. pesky stains that another cleaner didn’t get were removed when i got it back and didn’t take too long. will definitely be going back!

After going through a bunch of different dry cleaners in the area, Pinnacle is definitely the best one. Great value, high attention to detail on the alterations, and the owner is so nice! I've never had any problems the many times I've been and I would highly recommend for any dry cleaning and alterations.

Took a full bag of laundry in for wash and fold at the beginning of January 2023. Got charged about $32 for a 20 lb of laundry. That's pretty much at the upper end of the cost spectrum.But the real problem was that my towels came back smelling really nasty. I think it smells like dirty dog, or worse, and my girlfriend thinks it smells like nasty kitchen food. I've washed them at other places since and cannot get the smell out.My clothes didn't smell but my jeans shrunk badly. My shirts are okay.I wouldn't recommend going here for wash and fold. I might do dry cleaning or some other service here...perhaps alteration. But they're obviously sending the wash and fold out...read full review
