Booked on ClassPass and actually went to the studio only to be told there was no class. Lady was about to start a private lesson and had to call the manager. Got a pop up on the app after the start time to say it was cancelled! Given ClassPass charge you a feee if you don’t show up or late cancel I’m not impressed with this at all.
