I suffered a sports injury to multiple joints including a torn meniscus, and PT Grace and the staff at Physio-Rehab were very helpful in my recovery. They were patient, good at explaining the exercises, and guided me through multiple approaches on how to best recover and strengthen supporting muscles in order to get back to being active. They also worked with my insurance, making things easier. I recommend 5 stars for Physio Rehab!
Dr. Chang and his staff deserve 5 stars. They are very upbeat and personal while working at your problem. I came to him with a badly pulled muscle behind my kneecap. While driving in stop and go city traffic, the pain was intolerable. I used a cane to walk after getting out of my vehicle. Unlike another fancy PT place I used years ago (within the Gramercy area), Dr. Chang and his staff provide various therapies, asking which ones are working, and giving you exercise routines to do at home. Too bad I didn't know of Dr. Chang and his team sooner.
Great place for rehab. The staff are all wonderful. They're really helping me get my arm back into shape. They're a fun group of people that really care. I enjoy going ❤️
