I went from casually running 2 miles twice a week—with a 5K being my longest race—to completing the NYC Marathon in just seven months. In March 2025, I committed to running the marathon while fundraising for Red Door Community, a nonprofit cancer support organization. Physical Equilibrium has made me more comfortable and confident in the gym. The gym itself is a great space and overall very friendly environment. If you're looking for a true new yorker training experience, Eve Josephson will give your buns a workout, while discussing your favorite pastry/dessert shops and photos of your pets.
