We just had them come through for the first time today, so time will tell if their interventions were effective. But I wanted to write this because we have had some waterbugs and millipedes and saw a mouse for the first time yesterday after 5 years of living in the city. We emailed them late last night and had an exterminator at 10 am this morning. Derek was very pleasant and professional. He very quickly identified the most likely entry point for the mouse and sealed it off. He checked every single closet and behind all furniture. John was awesome as was the man he sent to handle a mouse infestation in my BF's apartment. We were away for a few weeks and got the opposite of a warm welcome home. John talked me through options and was the ONLY exterminator who seemed prepared to not only do a inspection but help clog entry points during that first visit. This was huge because as you can imagine urgency was key for me. We have a dog and all options kept his safety in mind. Thank you!
